Join us on Saturday, October 24 for a special Southeast community/user group leader summit.
This unconference-style event is for technology-based user and community groups in the Southeast. The goal of this event is to share tips and discuss the issues and challenges facing technology groups regardless of the actual technology focused on by the group.
Proposed topics include:
- finding locations
- getting speakers
- seeking out sponsorship
- growing membership
- hosting special events

Space is limited, and unfortunately we can only invite 2 members from each user group. We have to cap attendance at 120.
Microsoft is hosting the event in Alpharetta, GA (Atlanta metro area)
The event will run from 11AM-7PM; Doors open at 11am; Box lunch and networking, 11am-12pm; Kickoff and session planning, 12pm; Sessions 1pm-5pm; Networking, 5-5:30pm; Dinner reception starting around 5:30pm; Xbox gaming and social time following.
We're looking forward to a great community event!
